Purpose of the study of the educational program | |
The purpose of the study of the educational program is acquiring knowledge, skills and competences in the field of transport law (national and international), forwarding, stevedoring, tally, surveying and warehousing operations with various modes of transport. Mastering managerial, socio-economic, organizational, technical and technological skills in the interaction between carriers, forwarders and clients (ministries, departments, associations and commercial structures of different forms of ownership, irrespective of types of their activities) and their practical application. Mastering the principles of legal support of passengers and cargo owners in transport, industry, business structures, etc., in accordance with current regulatory legal acts. Particular focus is drawn to finding alternate options for forwarding services under conditions of possible constraints and crisis management. |
