Education: in 1981, he graduated from Kharkiv S.M. Kirov Institute of Railway Transport Engineers majoring in “Railway operation”.

PhD in Sci. Eng. since 1991. The dissertation was defended in the specialized council D 114.03.03 at St.-Petersburg Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, specialty 05.22.08 “Railway Transport Operation (including signaling, centralization and blocking systems)”, diploma No. KD 058680.

On January 20, 2011, he was awarded the academic title Professor of the Department of Freight and Commercial Management, certificate 12 PR No. 006424.

Scope of scientific activity – Improvement of efficiency freight and commercial management using the IT support of technological processes. He supervised 5 dissertations for PhD in Sci. Eng.

Author of more than 140 scientific works. In his teaching and methodological activity, he published and prepared for publication more than 40 research, teaching and methodological works, including 4 textbooks and workbooks with the visa of the Ministry of Education.
