Education: : in 2003, she graduated from the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport majoring in “Organization of transportation and transport management (railway transport)”.

Scope of scientific activity – improvement of efficiency of use of freight cars in the Ukrainian railways. Availability, state and use accounting of the rolling stock.

Author of more than 16 scientific and instruction methodological works. In her teaching and methodological activity, senior lecturer O. Kovaliova published and prepared for publication 16 works, including 6 instruction workbooks and 10 scientific works.
