Education: In 2007, he graduated from the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport majoring in “Organization of transportation and transport management (railway transport)”.

PhD in Sci. Eng. since 2012. The dissertation was defended in the specialized council D 64.820.02 at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport in specialty 05.22.01 “Transport systems”, diploma No. DK 006964.

Scope of scientific activity – organization of local operation of railway transport units, irregularity of freight transportation.

Author of more than 27 scientific works. In his teaching and methodological activity, Associate professor O. Kostennikov published and prepared for publication 27 research, teaching and methodological works, including 5 instruction workbooks.
