Year of birth: 1965

Education: In 1989 he graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Railway Transport Engineers with the specialty "Management of Transport Processes in Railway Transport", was awarded the qualification "Railway Engineer for the Management of Transport Processes in Railway Transport". In 2001 he graduated from the Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of the Kharkov State Academy of Railway Transport for the specialty "Organization of Transportation and Management of Rail Transport" and received a master's degree in "Organization of Transportation and Management of Rail Transport".

He is a Candidate of Technical Sciences since 2007; associate professor since 2010; defended his thesis in the specialized academic council D 64.820.04 at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport. Candidate's thesis is protected for specialty 05.22.20 - "Operation and repair of means of transport", number of the DK diploma No. 039913. 

Direction of scientific activity  – the improvement of the technology of carriage by carriages of the operator companies in cooperation with the railways; calculation and design of the main devices of freight stations. 

He is author of more than 74 scientific papers. In the framework of teaching, methodical and scientific work, assistant professor V.V. Kuleshov published and prepared 74 scientific-methodological and scientific works, including 60 scientific ones, 2 patents for useful model and 12 educational-methodical works.
